I've used this garage for about 12 years for MOTs and repairs...absolutely recommend them they do what's necessary but don't rip you off

Great service start to finish, my car needed new suspension arm, despite my mot being later on in the day they sourced the replacement part and got it fitted for me to collect my car at the end of the day. Explained and showed me the issue with the failed part. Highly recommended

Not good. Booked MOT through their website and took day off work to take car there. Got a call 15 minutes before appointment time to say that they were over booked and couldn't do my MOT. They suggested I called another garage "in their group" as there was an early MOT appointment available there. I called the other garage who couldn't understand why I was told to call them and sounded a bit confused about another garage apparently knowing their appointment slots! They didn't have any slots available and suggested I called their tyre bay next door!. I didn't get an answer from the tyre bay, so ended up having to reluctantly use National Tyres the next day, which is whole different disaster story in itself. Waste of my time and day - lesson learned. Update: Thank you for the apology John, I have changed my rating accordingly. I didn't get any MOT from your group as described above, with the edit.

We took our car here to get some work done and an MOT. A few days later we noticed that they hadn't done the MOT so we had to rebook and get that done separately. Noticed that the wheel lock nut was in the cup holder rather than the glovebox. When I tried to open the glovebox I noticed it was broken. Garage denied it was them. Very unpleasant experience having my car damaged by them and taking no responsibility. UPDATE: In response to your reply. The vehicle was LJ03 YWH. All of my reviews are honest and truthful so Id ask you to review the tone of your reply. I understand that everyone makes mistakes but denying the damage is one thing, but trying to call me a lier is comical. Respect goes a long way.
