I couldn't recommend Nicola highly enough. Not only was our cake just an absolute showstopper to look at, it was enjoyed so much by each and every one of our guests and rounded off our perfect day! From our first meeting back at the Manchester wedding fair, Nicola's professionalism and passion shone through to us, and once we'd had our tasting and consultation not long after, there was only ever one choice for us. Not only that, but through the toughest of times for the whole wedding industry and two postponements, she supported us, accommodated us and did everything she could to make sure we were at ease and got what we were looking for without hesitation. She's crazy talented at what she does, and a lovely person to speak to and work with on top of that. If we could do our big day all over again, make no mistake we'd want to make sure Boutique Bakery and Nicola were on board, thankyou so much for everything!

My husband & I had our wedding this past Sunday, and Nicola was amazing from start to finish. From fitting us in for tastings on Halloween and supplying sweeties for our little girl who wasn't able to go trick or treating, to fitting our rather heavy cake topper on, there was nothing that could stop her. She somehow knew exactly what we were looking for, and gave us the most incredible cake. And the flavours?! To die for! We chose Raspberry Bakewell, Sticky Toffee Pudding & Brown Butter Biscoff; every single person who has eaten any of the tiers couldn't stop raving about how brilliant it tasted! I officially want Nicola to make cakes for every single one of our occasions, haha! The only downside is that the cake was so good, it went far too fast! Thank you so much, Nicola! Where do I start with this review? I can't recommend Nicola enough and she will be my recommendation to everyone going forward. From sending the initial enquiry, to meeting Nicola to discuss what ideas we had, all the way through to seeing the cake on our wedding day, everything was perfect! Our cake looked amazing and tastes amazing. All of our guests complimented on the cake throughout the night. Thank you for making a part of our day special!

We chose Nicola to help us with our wedding cake and come up with what we wanted, during very strange COVID times and doing everything remotely, until about 6 months or so before the big day. I picked Nicola based on online reviews and previous photos of her cakes - which just looked amazing! Working with her was truly great - from the start it was stress -free (as planning a wedding can sometimes often be) but even having our sample flavours delivered to us in the post was so personalised and great, it was fabulous. Nicola helped come up with the design of the cake and having her capture it really helped - when I saw it on the day I thought it was fabulous. To be able to have some unusual, great flavours really helped too, and I know that it really went down a real treat with all of our guests. Nicola was amazing and listened to our ideas to design a travel themed cake. The cake tasted amazing and my gran (who hates anyones baking but her own) said it was just like the cakes she used to bake. This is the biggest compliment anyone could get if you knew my gran! The cake looked stunning and I cant thank her enough.
