Decent selection of cards and gifts but refusal to accept (Scottish) Sterling as currency was as stupid as it was offensive telling my wife (a CAB Manager) its not legal tender, you have a letter from the bank saying so and that the manager was on holiday in Italy simply compounded the stupidity of your policy great way to treat visitors (said no one, ever).
