Fabulous Service. Really helpful before purchasing of my unit, and very accessible to talk to them in different ways (email, phone, webchat). Very flexible on Price too giving me different delivery options to bring down the cost! and then after sales service also fantastic. The unit I bought had a chip in the door. Refunded me some money, but I kept the unit as it all works fine- it was only an aesthetic problem. And then a lively touch to receive an "English" bottle of wine as a Thank you for buying from us to top it off.....the whole experience of buying a product from this company was fantastic! Would defo use Elite Wine refrigeration again

Amazing fridges, my wine is just at the right temperature to enjoy , so delicious best purchase I've ever made, although I'm sure my liver would disagree! Can't recommend enough!

Excellent communication by Callum who helped me arrange delivery. So hard to find a good and reliable small wine fridge, and having had two cheap versions pack up after 13 months of use I decided to pay the price for a quality product with a long parts & labour warranty.

I have nothing but praise for Elite Wine Refrigeration! I had been looking for a while to buy a freestanding wine cabinet when I finally identified Elite Wine Refrigeration as providing the best deal for a Liebherr WKr 4211. Browsing their site at 22.00, I got the nice surprise to be able to chat online with an adviser. This made the difference and I immediately placed my order. Elite Wine Refrigeration contacted me the day after to organise the delivery. The item was delivered soon after without any problem. So you may think that everything was perfect. Well, if I wanted to be picky, Elite Wine Refrigeration never managed to convince me to buy and store English wine in my recently acquired cabinet... but that is a different matter: it might get down to my being supercilious and aloof, well French in two words.

I'm so glad I bought from Elite Fridges, the service from start to finish was brilliant. Very good communication and the delivery team were so friendly too! I went for the Dunavox wine fridge and it is a really good quality product. Highly recommended
