I have been with Elte Computers for 10 years. I came up from Bristol in 2012 and picked them because they were the nearest to the temporary accommodation we were living in. We thought we might find a better place when we got a house up here. The house came a long quite quickly and is Ok but we never ever found a better computer shop. If I need to move again then Gary will have to move too. or I'm not going anywhere.

Have used Elite a couple of times in the last 12 months for 2 different computers. Can't recommend highly enough. Quick, knowledgeable, excellent customer service and reasonably priced. 5 stars.

Very disappointed. I took in my desktop pc to repaired. Im pretty tech savvy and had already suspected PSU failure which Gareth confirmed later in the day and asked if he could clean the internals. I said yes and I expected to pick up the machine next day. Unfortunately the next morning I was greeted with the news that the pins were now bent on the cpu. Since it had sat undisturbed in the motherboard for a decade it doesnt take the wildest stretch of thought to conclude this happened during the cleanup /diagnosis. The fact there was no charge (reasonable considering) validates this. Ive lost all confidence in what I thought was a skilled tech savvy operation. Instead Ive had to buy a new pc. Really disappointed ***Updated to address the reply to this review. no this is incorrect. The cpu had not even been touched by myself in ten years and was totally in place as normal when I dropped off the pc. It was your technicians which removed the cpu, not me. I hadnt even opened up the case nor did I say any such thing. Yes the pc needed a clean but this does not excuse incorrectly blaming customers for damaging their own pcs. Dishonest business practices evidently ****
