        What a terrible surgery this place has become. Due to my mental health I've recently found it hard getting my medication I need. Since new doctors have come in after covid the place has become a joke, I rely on my medication day to day just to get by in life. The new doctors have become dictators towards there patient's of late.

        Excellent. I moved from Garden Lane after 42 years after having so many problems to Northgate Village and they have been amazing every step of the way. Very simple things such as texting pictures and blood forms make things very simple. The receptionists are lovely and they have always gone above and beyond and the doctors are absolutely superb.

        One doctor at this surgery was particularly rude and unhelpful, but since hes left the practice it has improved enormously. Dr Cooley and Dr King are the best, although the other doctors are helpful too.
