        negative experience. wouldn't fix my car unless I paid for it, even though its the warranty' company who are dealing with the cost. Don't see how you should make me pay for it when you can deal with the company directly? not particularly nice people. In regards to your response ''im sorry you felt the need' is not an apology, your being sarcastic and disingenuous. I could'nt care less what other people do, this is my experience, you won't fix my car for ridiculous reasons so I'm sharing it.
