Returned a product (box of 10 lightbulbs) and start getting challenged over wether theyve been installed and taken out, starts to refuse saying cant return if theyve been installed. He was the first one to open them, I hadnt even opened, bought 4 packs and only needed 3 on the job. Challenging integrity is not a good way to do business, only ever go here as a last resort as they are to expensive, will avoid even more now.

Used to be my go-to store, staff are excellent and they have a great stock and range of items. Toolstation is now obliterating them on pricing and I've gone from a roughly 50:50 split down to maybe spending 10pm with them. When your spend thousands a year a 10% pricing benefit makes a big difference. Lose the digital gimmicks and peddling the app and focus on your core business of selling great products and great prices.
