I love these products. Very good quality. I really like the store in Chester. Friendly staff always meets you there, they will tell you, they will help you with the choice. The store is clean, it smells of perfume. Always definitely something but I will buy) I recommend

Came to Chester for my husbands 50th yesterday and popped into get some bits. Was greeted by a lovely lady called Kate who asked straight away if my hubby needed a chair, he has had a injury and has a large support boot on his leg at mo, we got chatting and then another lady Michelle came to see what my hubby had done noticed his 50th birthday badge, and offered us both a glass of wine, we were blown away by them both can honestly say they were two of the nicest ladies we have met in a long time, they were funny, helpful and just lovely, we chatted like we were friends and they really made our day better. They are both a credit to your store, and the world needs more Kates and Michelles that's for sure. Keep on being lovely ladies, and thank you for all your help . Hopefully see you both next time we go chester.

I normally buy from QVC but will definitely use this shop in future. The staff were helpful, informative and polite. There was no pressure to buy but of course I did ;)
