Domino's Pizza - Chester - North

I placed a order for collection (2 medium pizzas and two sides) when I got home I checked and the pizzas were completely wrong. I rang up and was told they couldnt send me out the correct pizzas and if I wanted what I ordered I would have to go into store. I was also told i should have checked the pizzas before making the journey home implying I was at fault. The store manager also offered me a refund but when I got to store I was told Id have to call at 10:45pm to receive the refund (wouldnt tell me why) when I called back at 10:45 the store manager said he couldnt refund me tonight and Id have to call back in the morning before 11am. When I rang this morning I was told that again it was my fault that the pizzas were wrong (sticker on box clearly stated chicken and sweetcorn but I received pepperoni, sausage and chilli) and that Id have to call back on Wednesday next week to see if my refund has been accepted. THIS IS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Not only did I have to make the same journey twice totalling a 45 minute drive, I was told that although the could deliver they would prefer I collect because they are busy. And then to be told when I get back to the shop that I was at fault is shocking!!

Called in to order pizza, was left waiting despite lots of staff in there. Then man gave an order , asked me to wait a sec....then he went and processed another order, then went to put labels in boxes and then into back to check yet more stuff....customer waiting.... obviously not important, customer service dire....we left and went somewhere else NOT a dominos!
