        Just been here today for eye test that was due....needed new glasses & was assisted by Dawn who was so helpful & patient as not easy picking from many designs/ colours as it can be so overwhelming but Dawn was just amazing with her customer care and service. I found my visit today very good & would fully recommend this shop & it's lovely staff.

        Never had a bad experience at Specsavers, Lovely staff and very professional. However, I have gone for the top of the range Occupational glasses, so I do not need three separate pairs. The only comment I have about them, is the size of the reading area on the lens, its very small and I am forever having to move my head to read a page on a book.

        Got some new varifocals glasses after a test but couldn't get on with them. Went back and told them the issues I was having and had the glasses checked that they were made to the correct prescription, they were. And it was agreed that I should just have reading glasses. Getting the frames re-glazed and a partial refund. Lovely staff and great customer service.
