Really disappointed at the attitude from staff when I dropped a box off yesterday. She was behind the counter and I asked where I could leave the box and she simply pointed at the cupboard - no smile, not a word, just a finger. No need for such rudeness. Update: Thanks Chris. I have another box to drop off so will let you know. Fingers crossed I just caught someone on a bad day.
