Poor and very slow service, wouldn't go to them again. Only went there as the car had been recalled due to software problem. car brought in at 10am as arranged, advised it would be ready between 3.30 - 4.00. Finally got out at 5 despite being told by text at 1.45 that car was 'on the lift'. At 4.50 I was told it was just about to undergo a health check and would ready in 10 minutes, so they'd had it on the lift for 3 hours and were only just doing the health check which they then only spent 10 minutes on, not good enough Service: Electrical

Purchased a BMW motorcycle from here. Returned a week later for 1st service. Very welcoming and exceptional service. Thanks Louis

I was recovered here last Friday after my motorbike broke down. The staff were amazing and looked after me with courtesy and professionalism. They liaised with the recovery and roadside team to organise a vehicle to get me on my way, even staying late after hours due to a delay outside of their control. The fault was diagnosed, and despite not being a scheduled repair, they had it fixed very quickly. I cannot recommend Halliwell Jones enough. They were the epitome of quality service!!
