Charged twice due to unclear instructions. States that you should pay when you leave but doesn't stipulate whether you should tap your card when parking to confirm the booking or not. They must make a lot of money out of people who they double charge and make it difficult to get a refund. Also I see the company have only responded to positive reviews here as they obviously wish to ignore any negative feedback.

We made a booking and paid. When we arrived to the place, the receptionist said the parking is full and the overbooking is a usual thing there - this was not mentioned in the booking details we received. She then suggested that we park in other place (NCP by the station) and contact the company for a refund. We were refunded after 4 days.
