        I've had an awful experience living in Ethos court, there is no proper building maintenance for instance regular inspection to check health of water and electricity connection, window cleaning. So far we have experinced multiple water leakages. One of the water leakage was so bad that the entire buildings electricity had to be shut down for more than 24 hours and management had no backup plan to move occupants to some better place before that happened or even provide us with some basic amenities, we were just left stranded and expected to manage on our own. Although it's close to town and railway station but I wouldn't recommend it that you make your decesion based on that as I did becuase I regret every bit of it now.
