From the very beginning, Sam was incredibly helpful and always picked up my phone calls, facilitating smooth communication between myself and the landlord. Despite the incredibly tight timeline I was working with, Sam was able to turn the process around on very short notice and even scheduled a viewing for the next day. He then ensured that reference checks were completed within just three working days - an impressive feat! Throughout the entire process, Sam was extremely informative and professional, providing me with all the information I needed to make informed decisions. The best estate agents I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They've truly saved us on our rental search. We've been struggling to find a pet friendly property for over two months and with our move out date coming closer, we we're worried we would not find a place in time. We recently arranged a property viewing in Chester with Urban Let and within 5 days we signed our contracts!! Sam in particular has been so helpful in person and over the phone, helping us with our reference checks, communicating with the landlord on our behalf and helping us with any information that could help us move. Urban Let make the whole experience of looking for the new flat, referencing and moving in easy and stress free. We had absolutely no issues with anything and Laura and Josh were really helpful with any issues and questions we had. We cannot recommend highly enough!

Urban let were amazing! From start to finish everything was smooth, friendly effective. They were helpful with any questions the referencing process was efficient and not over bearing and above all the staff were brilliant, kind, caring and thoughtful. I would recommend to all!!!
