Read this before you buy! Leaky Wren plumbing 5 months after installation and they don't want to know! Initially I had written a glowing review of Wren as despite the design and experience being needlessly stressful, the end result of the kitchen seemed excellent. Unfortunately, after having dealt with their aftersales team I need to revise this review. Wren fitted our kitchen themselves through one of their recommend kitchen fitters. This person did everything bar the plastering and electrics. 5 months since installation one of the pipes leading to the dishwasher started to leak. This went under the brand new floor one night and has ruined it. Wren will not help. They state that despite this being installed by their fitter, it is not covered under warranty. Essentially, they will not take any responsibility for poor workmanship, even just 5 months after installation. I now have a warped floor and they will not even entertain the notion that they are in any way responsible. As a side note, it also takes them about a week to reply to every email you send them, which makes solving issues seem to go on forever. Something to remember when you read about fantastic aftercare in their brochures. Long story short - perhaps look to spend your money with a company that values customer service, rather than one that runs away at the first sign of trouble. Leaky plumbing in a kitchen that is less than 5 months old should simply not happen.
