Installation started on 09 June 2022 and still waiting for our kitchen to be finished 5 months later. Sales staff were great until they got my money then the owner Shane took over and it has been downhill since then. The install did not go well. They left us with none of the worktops sealed, damaged parts fitted including 8 doors and all the ceramic panels on the island which now needs knocking apart to replace them, and numerous missing parts too. Took them 10 days to follow up after their fitter left and even then it was only to ask why I withheld 500 from the fitter (which the fitter and I actually agreed!) and demanding that I pay on the basis that they will sort everything, which they have not. 5 months later and numerous quotes of "it will be done in 2 weeks" from Shane and we are still waiting for a date. We paid 35k up-front and are now very concerned the company has gone bust. They are not answering the phones or replying to messages. They have already changed their name in the past six months, used to be German Kitchens and are now Schuller Kitchens. Shocking customer service and terrible experience from this company. From design to installation German Kitchens we're professional hard working and delivered a fist class service. Every eventuality was covered The quality of the units is exceptional. Nothing was too much for Shane and his team.
