        I went to Matt after several years of chronic sciatica, spinal injection, medication, physiotherapy and osteopath which didnt alleviate my pain. I couldnt walk for more than 30 mins without sitting down. After my sessions with Matt my pain levels have dropped and I can now walk much longer. Matt even gave me a stress relieving session which was so good I just wanted to drift off to sleep. Matt explains everything clearly and I wouldnt hesitate to use him again

        Turned around my auto-immune symptoms and now I can move / live again! Matts got such a deep understanding of how everything is connected, is fully focused on understanding your reality, and works hard to try and remove pain and discomfort. He has a great way of explaining what is happening and educating you if youre open to it. He connects every part of your lifestyle to understand what you need to do to aid his work too. Genuinely so glad I found him and wish Id known 7 years earlier. Thank you Matt!

        I went to Matt about stress I was feeling due to a significant life event. My sleep was interrupted and was constantly tense. Since starting treatment with Matt I can say confidently it has been incredibly beneficial. My sleep improved, I feel much better and am stress free.
