This. company made two appointments and the director failed to arrive online twice. On both occasions he was caught in a lie but he thinks this is ok. Can't comment on how good the service is as we never got there due to the inability of the director to attend a meeting in online. If you don't like having your time wasted leave this company alone.There are other companies out these who will show for appointments. EDIT. This is a response to the reply from the company. The director wouldn't tell me what the "family emergency" that prevented him from fulfilling the first appointment was. So all guff about a funeral is un true (not the funeral just the excuse). Secondly. He was texting me asking when I wanted to re arrange the second missed appointment. Not the actions of someone refusing to conplete an appointment after being upset. He offered a refund but it was only forthcoming when I chased it. At this point I was asked never to contact them again. This bit is true. The reply to my less than complimentary review would appear to be sour grapes.
