Told me a grant would mean I am entitled to 200 per aluminium window, as "a recycle value", and 100 per door. Condition irrelevant.
Shortly after the call I received another from 5 Star Windows in Kidderminster.
Subsequently had the survey done and a quote, which seemed very expensive.
9 windows, 2 doors, with recycle value applied, was coming in at over 7k.
Contacted 5 Star Windows who had been emailed the lead by The Lead Guys. They had no idea how the appointment was booked.
MD of 5 Star has called and left half a message. Then a lady from there left a full message. And then a follow up full message from the MD. All firmly blaming The Lead Guys.
I am obviously going to feedback to 5 Star that they should really be qualifying the leads or be at risk to bad reviews and Ofcom fines themselves.
Devastated. Hopefully The Lead Guys are hit with the maximum fine for all the unnecessary stress and wasted time.
