        Jim Ellis and team have been exceptional throughout the process of both buying a new property and selling our old home. From the tools available to show transparency of where the progress is up to, to the regular updates from email and phone, the organisation have been a breath of fresh air. In particular we went through this process during the COVID-19 pandemic and even with reduced resources due to furlough, the progress has continued and Jim in particular has always been there to deliver exactly as he has promised. A big thanks again to the whole company and if we ever go through a similar process again, this will be the solicitors we choose to work with.
