A few people on here, and clearly they are friends, have collectively put on nasty reviews just because they couldnt get the service they needed when the laundrette was having a small re-fit. If you look carefully at AEs review history you will see that he/she hasnt had anything nice to say about anyone, mostly giving one star reviews! My message to AE, if you cant say anything nice, dont say anything at all.
