        Bike was stolen from within my locked building. The insurance didn't cover it as was not D Locked to a structure - this was prior to me leaving for work. Have the CCTV of it being stolen but this wasn't enough. Had it for 3 years and it was an utter waste of money. They were very slow to give me a response and Ive spent money hiring bikes daily to commute to work. Had to chase them via email to get a response.

        I have had a policy with them for a couple of years now. Never any issues. I had a claim recently, first one. I had all the necessary documents and they were extremely prompt, the whole process went smoothly.
