Peri Peri Burgers

Abysmal. Our Doner Kebabs should not have even been graced with that title. There was no salad, no sauce, nothing. Please see attached the picture of my 'curry sauce and chips' and tell me where on earth the curry sauce is. When we told them that they had missed it out, they turned up with what can only be described as yellow water with absolutely no taste or smell whatsoever (at which point the chips were cold anyway). Upon further inspection I realised that the curry sauce had not in fact been missed out but was the reason why my chips had been reduced to potato mush with about as much integrity as Matt Hancock; they had been dowsed in the same yellow water. All in all, this experience cost 16. Please save yourselves the utter humiliation of being tricked into paying such a hefty price for glorified dishwater and stale meat and go elsewhere.

This has happened to me once in about 10 orders. Last night I ordered food after a long shift at hospital because I had nothing to eat in the fridge. I called them after 1 hour at around 2242 to ask where the order was. Chef told me that the driver was about to leave with my order. I didn't receive the order and it was getting late. So I called them again at around 2351. No answer. Luckily I know another restuarant that always delivers and has better food but not Indian. They were about to close so instead of waiting for Chester Grill's "food delivery" I ordered from Grill Maker and got delivery within 15 mins. Surprise Surprise Chester Grill's delivery never arrived. If it weren't for my skepticism about their delivery I would have slept hungry despite spending 11 pounds on dinner. I am going to ask for a refund today when the restaurant opens and I am never ordering from them again. Taking your money and not delivering food is the worst possible thing that a restaurant can do.
