After several sessions, I am now completely confident in situations where I previously would have to remove myself due to panic attacks. I cannot thank Fiona enough for all of the work and help she has put in to help me get my life back on track!
I would definitely recommend visiting Fiona if you are struggling to get a grasp on anxiety, or any sort of phobia. I'm not quite sure how'd I'd have coped for so long without her! At first I was a little apprehensive about being 'hypnotised', however it is nothing like how it is portrayed on the television, but is instead very relaxing and worthwhile, and the results are exactly what I was hoping for. Thank you very much Fiona!
