Just a scam, we made a booking and when we arrived none opened us. Horrible experience, we were ringing the doorbell in a rainy night for half an hour, in what looked like a terror house. Then we find out that they used a COVID policy as an excuse to take our money, because when we cancelled the reservation they didn't refund us the money. If you are planning to go I wish you all the luck.

Do even bother booking we were due to be staying here and when we turned up it was closed. We rang hotel numbers that were on are confirmation email and on Google and no answer to any of it. This made are trip to Chester stressful when we were looking forward to a little break away. When we then arrived home I send an email and had nothing back and they have taken to money out of the bank. I have also rang the sister hotel and the attitude of the staff wasn't helpful they don't care. Who would be when they have your money. We ended up staying at the premier inn and I have to say it was fantastic with fab staff pleasent and helpful.
