        This is actually a review from my mother who has had wonderful treatment from Charly. The lymphatic drainage/ reflexology has had a positive effect on her ME/POTS and she feels increasingly stronger. Highly recommended. Charly has a lovely manner and the whole experience is wonderful.

        During my second pregnancy I was looking for ways to relieve pains and support my body holistically in preparation for birth. I was recommended reflexology with Charly and can honestly say that she became a core part of my pregnancy journey. As my bump grew she changed my position to suit me and always had a blanket or two for extra comfort! I highly recommend Sole Journey for relaxation, stress relief and to soothe aches and pains of pregnancy and beyond.
