Came here as my first time with a hair stylist as I'm growing my hair for the first time and I was feeling quite nervous, but Ella made me feel very at ease and did a great job with my hair. The atmosphere was calm and friendly too, will definitely be coming back

When visiting the UK from Australia in August this year my wife visited your salon because you sell Kerastase and use L'oreal colour. She was delighted with the result, the lady who did her hair was delightful and she was thrilled with the colour. The whole experience was a pleasure from beginning to end and she said she would visit again the next time we're home. She decided to call the salon today to request the colour formula so her haidresser could do the same colour for her in Australia. The response was short 'Not sure I'm allowed to give you the details' Understandable, "could you check" the girl went away, came back and said no can't do that-my wife asked "even though I live in Australia" the girl hung up. Really disappointing, to go from such a positive experience to such a dismissive and rude response. My wife was very gracious sayng she understood why the initial response was maybe a "no" however it was the final lack of good manners and customer service that disappointed her more.
