Annalee is amazing at what she does. I absolutely love my hair! You know you are in good hands, and the results are incredibly natural and beautiful. She really listened to what I wanted to achieve and also suggested things I may not have thought to try out. She is concerned with the health of your hair and keeping it in good nick first and foremost. looking forward to trying out the products she suggested. Thanks Annalee, can't wait to reach the rocking locks we have planned for my birthday. I highly recommend.

My girlfriend travelled from Macclesfield to Chester today (90 minute train) to use this company as her mum had previously been there and recommended them. Today was for a patch test, which they had her booked in for. HOWEVER, they failed to book her actual appointment for the 29th, offered no apology or explanation as to WHY she wasnt booked in, despite my girlfriend showing the Facebook messages with Annalee saying she would book her in. They instead offered days in the week that my girlfriend couldnt do and she accepted one under pressure because of a queue of people (appointment now cancelled). Her graduation is on the 4th and can now no longer get her hair done anywhere else, because of 1 stupid mistake. 1 upset girlfriend, 1 customer lost and a bad review. (And STILL she was too polite to leave her own review...)
