        I am so ashamed I have taken this long to leave a review. I went to Scissors for my birthday haircut and this was the first salon I tried after moving to Chester. Clare did a phenomenal job and I just couldn't stop grinning. She hardly used any products in my hair, which I appreciated and taught me how to style it without hassle. Scissors will be my goto salon as long as I am in Chester! Service: Hairstyling
