        My mother had recently gone to this hairdresser really excited because she needed a haircut. To my absolute horror, she came back in tears. This was because she had the cut and was happy with it but then she asked for highlights as she had done before. The lady working on her was ridiculously incompetent because she put half the highlights in then went off to do something else. She later came back after an hour to finish them. So my mothers hair was white by the end of it! If you go here then be aware that you may end up with the same lady who ruined my mothers week!
