        Awful 12 month experience here as a member. Pool is always shut and the sauna steam room constantly out of order. Gym is ok, nothing special. Some staff members are very nice such as adam but all in all a very badly run and managed health club. Could not warn anyone away from this place more. Make sure you read all the T&Cs if you dare sign up.

        Joined the gym and started sessions with Adam the Personal trainer on the first week of September I measured my body the day we started training and measured again today. Taking into account I work away lot. I have been averaging out at 2-3 session a week. My chest for eg has gone from a 39"-41" in such a short period of time. If anyone wants to not only feel amazing, transform your body and work out in an amazing friendly Gym. And have the best PT Adam in the world. Then Nuffield (Chester) is the place for you
