Lumisi truly are one of my favourite businesses in Chester. I've have used them and continue to use them for print purposes, virtual office purposes and also regularly attend their very popular networking event every month. The staff / partners are friendly, professional, hardworking and just all round lovely people. I trust them, recommend them and sing their praises to everyone I meet :) Big fan, as you can tell!

Lumisi offer the best and most fun networking events in Chester. We have an amazing and supportive business community and here Lumisi takes the lead. As a business club member you have access to additional services and they're brilliant at an array of logistics and event services too. You won'd need to go anywhere else!

Overpriced services, poor opening hours, and timewasting and lying staff. I recently looked into and was seriously considering using lumisi's mailbox services, which cost 25 per month. As if this wasn't already a difficult decision to make spending this amount of money for such a basic service, I was told by a staff member Rich that I wouldn't have to commit to a 12 month contract. So, when I go into lumisi to sign and get started, I was told a different story by a different staff member. I didn't end up using the service on account of being lied to about the contracts. I was apologised to saying that the staff member Rich shouldn't have offered me a no commitment arrangement, but when I spent so much time considering and trying to contact the company with questions (their opening hours are terrible for most people by the way) this type of bait and switch is a bit of a kick in the balls when I consider how much time I wasted trying to do business with this company. **I see that the owner has apologised here, and that's all well and good, but its not his time that's been wasted. If you want a good PO Box Service in Chester then CornerDrop offer a great service for 1.65 per parcel, better value overall. If you're an individual not a business, then please, PLEASE don't make the mistake I made and try and do business with this company, you will just come out disappointed.
