From start to finish and beyond Jeanette and her team gave our family support and provided a service we couldn't fault. Helping us with the difficult task of probate, Jeanette helped us whenever we needed her and was there to answer any queries we had. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a friendly and helpful service.

I know the staff here and will tell anyone that they are all amazing people. So helpful and thoughtful and the most professional and caring people, my partner lost his dad not too long ago and funerals from the heart took care of him with no issues whatsoever. they go out of their way to make life easier for you in such hard times and it's so lovely to see this. I couldnt recommend funerals from the heart enough if I tried. The staff were all so helpful and throughout the time I dealt with them they all went above and beyond. I sadly lost my step dad to cancer (who had brought me up for 20 years) and I contacted funeral from the heart the same day and they had me straight in and sorting through all the things we needed for the funeral to go ahead. There were a few things I was struggling with to which the staff had actually gone out their way to contact me out of working hours to help me and make such a sad, difficult time actually run smoothly, stress and upset free. I will recommend funerals from the heart to everyone I know and even those I dont who are looking for a very professional funeral directors. Thanks again for all you done for my family and I. Really appreciate all youve done and did for us

I want to say a huge thank you to all the staff at Funerals From The Heart. We lost our dad just before Christmas, any time of year is difficult to lose somebody but money wise Christmas was a real struggle to pay funeral costs. Funerals from the Heart did everything possible to keep the costs to a minimum and even advised me what to do in other areas. They made a very hard time slightly less unbearable and I'm unbelievable greatful. Very professional, kind and friendly service. Thanks again for everything you did.
