        I commissioned Phill Hamilton to carry out an investigation into some faulty rugs I purchased as the retailer dismissed my concerns as normal after owning the rugs for less than 3 months. Phill was extremely approachable, friendly, honest and professional. He communicated promptly and efficiently, and provided a detailed report describing the issue and identified it as a manufacturing fault. The report itself was presented in an easy to understand format and I would highly recommend Phill Hamilton to anyone wanting a good, honest, reliable and industry qualified professional to investigate their flooring. I would not hesitate to use HCS Carpet & Flooring Consultancy again.
