Just had this company in to restore our oak floor in our living room after our cat had spoilt it. I have to say I was slightly dubious after using them after reading some of the reviews on here but they could not be more wrong!! Every person I spoke to/dealt with was professional, helpful and actually really lovely!! They were extremely quick in dealing with my requests (came out same day to have a look, were able to fit me in the following week to get the job done) arrived promptly for initial assessment and to carry out the work, work diligently and tidily-they even dusted (though there was hardly any mess!!) and did everything with a smile on their faces! Im just thrilled with the result and the whole experience. Can not recommend them highly enough. Special thanks to Dom, Alan, Elaine and especially Zack, you have made this a pain free experience, thank you.

We are delighted with the staff at the wilmslow and Chester branches.They were so helpful and knowledgeable with regard to wooden floors. We have been fortunate in having Dom who came to measure up and give us lots of advice. He has been with us for the last two days and worked so hard and nothing too much trouble.
