did not feel safe, comftable or looked after at all. Nothing is explained properly and the admin staff are terrible, constantly having to send a follow up email just to get a response.

I would recommend this clinic absolutley. Every member of staff i have had contact with whether it be the carepals team, nurses, embrologists, doctors, anethatists, sonographers, they have all been so lovely and reassuring. We fell pregnant on our first round. They always rang back when promised and everything was very clear on the patient portal. You are seen when you need to be and telephoned when you dont need to be physically seen so not too many apts to take off work! I really cant recommend them enough they have made a very stressful and anxious time so much better. Thank you x

I'm afraid this company were as useful as a chocolate teapot. I was referred to them by my GP, and I was booked in, everything was fine and the week before my appointment (after sending me forms to fill in etc), they said "we currently are unable to offer these types of appointments", when they clearly do offer such appointments, and checking on their website they still do. Not happy to have been messed about by them. Very odd that right up until the time of my appointment everything was fine, and then suddenly to cancel without a good enough reason. [EDIT] In response to them: FYI It wasn't a Virgin Care Appointment, but an NHS referral

Communication is shockingly poor. You wouldn't think you were trying to give them thousands of pounds. Absolute joke
