Thought the main fuse had blown but spoke on the phone with Charles who talked me through the issue via FaceTime, I was being dumb and he fixed the issue in seconds few at no charge, when I need some work doing I know who to call now and would highly recommend such an honest and helpful person. Second time in using CBS and once again excellect service. Charles is able to identify issues quickly, takes you through exactly what the problem is and how your specific systems should work and the remediation needed. He was able to fix our electric fault today in under an hour which included popping out to get a part. Very friendly and tells some great jokes! Our go to if any electrical issues in our house. Excellent service, came out same day to The Quarter in Chester to fix tripped electrics in whole flat. Quickly found fault and gave recommendations, all resolved within the hour at a good price. Would definitely recommend. Service: Electrical panel replacement or upgrading
