After myself and the rest of my whole family being with this dental practice for over 30 years. I was informed in an email that my NHS Emilia has left the practice and I no longer can have an appointment with an NHS dentist here! However, I I can pay for a private dentist if I so wish!!! So my family and I no longer have a dentist to go to.

Not sure what has happened to this dentist. I tried to book a check up and was told that they haven't got any NHS dentists at the moment but are trying to hire more. In the past they only asked you at the end of your treatment if you was private or NHS patient. Not sure who would pay 77 for a checkup.

After trying to get an NHS appointment for 4 days for a cracked tooth.I decided I would have to pay private this costing 95, having to pay before I got to the surgery. However when I got to the surgery I'd paid for an x-ray and check up,I was under the impression the money I'd paid was for my treatment left the practice feeling cheated.
