I am so disappointed with this practice, I have been a patient here for clear correct which took me a long time to go ahead with the treatment and decide which practice would carry out my dream of a perfect smile. I had my 1st consultation in February 2022 where I enquired about the payment plan. After a few more consultations I received my 1st aligners in May 2022, I was asked to pay 1997 and asked the lady on reception about the payment plan when she raised her voice and said "what do you mean payment plan, you've already had work done" I then paid the full amount from being embarrassed from a waiting room with patients in, this was money I had to move house that week. I visited the practice another 5 times to receive 6 aligners and to have teeth whitening kit and another imprint for more aligners at an extra cost. Then it all went quiet. I didn't hear back from them, I still had number 6 aligner which was sharp and broken but still wore it 22 hours a day as advised. I called in November 2022 and was promised a return call which didn't happen. I persisted with calls and was sent a replacement number 6 through the post which I told them was very tight. I asked to be transferred to another branch of (my) dentist in Wrexham. This was ignored. I have sent many letters of complaint with replies completely disregarding me with the last one in March stating that they will not respond to me. I am still wearing my replacement number 6 aligner all day with pegs on my teeth to keep it in place. I am taking this further. This has been a stressful experience and I am now suffering with pain from the aligner rubbing my gums. I asked for a refund so I can receive treatment from another practice which was ignored and disregarded. The lack of any duty of care from this practice has left me in disbelief. This whole experience has effected my ability to enjoy food, going out and my overall mental wellbeing. I wish I had never visited this practice and had any work carried out.

Stephan performed root canal on my tooth. Hes a very experienced dentist and made me feel confident he would complete the surgery well. I suffered with pain for a few years from a filling that went wrong at my previous dental practice. Im really happy with how the surgery went because Im now pain free! Its wonderful. I highly recommend Stephan!

Had a variety of work done with Stefan and Hussam and couldnt fault the treatment. My previous dentist basically said my tooth was beyond repair. Stefan did an excellent job with the root canal to save the tooth and Hussam has started the process in making the tooth look like the rest of my teeth due to discolouration. Couldnt Recommend enough! Thanks!
