Can I deposit money I think we need an answere for the one stop shop whether we could deposit cash money but there's no such answere availeble

Lady behind the counter spoke to me like a piece of rubbish on the date 1/3/22 at 4pm just so you can narrow it down to who. All I wanted to do was bring back a ASOS parcel and it said I didnt need to print anything off I just needed to show them the QR code and they would do the rest and she said that no I needed to go print off a label myself. Ive had a bad couple of days and the way she snapped at me in front of other customers made me feel like rubbish when I literally was only following what it said to do on the ASOS website. She pointed to the back of the shop and shooed me off to print it myself to she could serve the customer behind me. I left the shop and had to get my boyfriend to come back to do it for me because I just wanted to leave. Very unprofessional and seems like she has no care for peoples feelings
