I have had the pleasure of dealing with this company for the past 2.5 years when they set me up with broadband etc in my new shop. They were extremely professional and did everything they said they would in a timely manner. Most professional and very easy to work with. I recommend them most highly.

Utility Options helped to set up our phone systems for our new start business finance company in Chester. Jonathan was a big help from start to finish and we have been really happy with his service. Importantly there was no long term contract to sign up to as some other suppliers had quoted a minimum 4 year contract. The monthly subscription has also been very reasonable and affordable.

Utility Options has helped our business migrate from standard phone system over to VOIP with great ease. The information Jonathon provided with regards to 4G backup and enhanced WiFi throughout the building was great, especially for a non-techy person. I would strongly recommend their services.

Simply The Best. Utility Options has been our telecoms provider for more than 20-years, during which time we have always received a professional service. Jonathan, Eli, and their colleagues are a pleasure to work with, and are helpful, efficient, and reliable.
