DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE TO THIS BUSINESS. Munawar breaches data protection act by invading peoples privacy. If your a women he will ask for your passcode to make out its to fix the phone when in fact it is not he uses your passcode to look through your pictures. When I received my phone back from Munawar I unlocked it and my pictures were loaded up. This has been reported to the police.

I took my sons ipad here after accidentally damaging the screen. I was charged 100 and then when we got it back the screen was not reactive at all. This was very frustrating for us and so I returned and was told that this was a separate issue that would need paying for. Again another 100 was paid. I had to wait weeks for it to be fixed. Only it wasnt fixed. Same problems again plus the iPad constantly switching off. The space grey iPad was returned to me with a white screen and a black button. I was told that is all that is available. You can see glue all over the edge of the screen. Ipad is still broken and I have had to take it to a reputable repair centre to see if they can fix the mess Japtech made! PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! The owner blocked me on Facebook so I cannot leave a review. Refuses to refund or replace. Disgusting man- dishonest and unprofessional I have texts and Facebook messages regarding this. This was from 2021 and I have had to save up to get the iPad repaired properly since he scammed me out of money.

Excellent communication for booking my phone to be fixed, done in ten mins while I waited for a screen repair. Even got a complimentary screen protector. Would recommend and use again.
