My second triathlon camp with Total Triathlon Training and this one was even better than the first, absolutely superb coaching by Phil Ellison and Chris Wood. As an athlete the coaches catered for my needs during the week, ensuring that I got the most out of all the swim, bike and run sessions. Perfect combination of technique sessions and making the most of those iconic bike rides in Mallorca. I have come back stronger and more knowledgeable and ready to tackle the season ahead.

TTT Camp Mallorca was my first experience of a training camp and I was a little apprehensive before heading out. It's far from a relaxing week, but it felt every bit of it and I loved every moment. A fantastic group of athletes (16) of varying abilities and backgrounds that got along so well. Fantastic location, hotel was excellent and add to that two excellent coaches who supported every athlete throughout the week by planning all activities, whether that be swim, bike, run, Q&A's and even the last evening meal out. We had an introduction into Sea Swims (at sunrise), pool side coaching, bike routes planned and run technique sessions organised which allowed us to show up and do what we do.......train! Mallorca is a cyclists paradise with many fantastic routes, climbs and what the UK doesn't have.....patient motorists.

I've just come back from my first ever training camp in Malloca with TTT. I had a brilliant time and loved every minute. We had two great coaches in Phil Ellison and Chris Wood who were relaxed, knowledgable and happy to share their expertise with us. They also designed an interesting and varied week of activities across swim, run and cycle with some fun sessions and some instruction or technical sessions. Hotel had great facilities, roads were excellent and weather was perfect. We'll definitely go again.

Joined about 6 months ago. Really kicked on as a result. Havent increased my volume drastically, but the increased structure (with flexibility to respond to life needs/performance strength/weaknesses) has made such a difference. Swim/bike/run all individually improved. (Olly distance time gone from 2:30 to 2:10) and still progressing. My coach JB has been great - as/when communication, excellent balance between praise/feedback to keep me right, super knowledgable about extras and so bang on in terms of structuring the training to get improvements on a sustainable basis as well being a top bloke and great support for things beyond training too. My coaching is all remote and think it works for me probably better than a f2f (for the age grouper kinda level in at) - as it adds self discipline and forces me to be more in tune and aware of with my body. Being part of the club provides a good community network too; ie kicking about ideas and leaning on eachother for diff experiences as well as online webinars and online group rides Note Im based in Ireland - so not able to get other benefits of the club like group rides.
