        Terrible customer service. I was greeted by a sigh at the door and then when I was about to ask a question about a cigar, my partner informed me that the lady rolled her eyes at me. She hesitantly answered my question with a one word answer. Not the experience that I expected.

        Today me and my friend went to visit the cigar shop, the staff were very friendly and were more than happy to show us around and help us decide what to buy since we had never bought cigars before! Callum who works there was especially fantastic, he didnt mind spending 15-20 minutes of his time teaching us the origins of cigars aswell as pipes, Whiskey and chewing tobacco and we left the store a lot more educated than previously and with some nice cigars too! Cant wait to smoke them and will definitely be returning! Thanks alot.
