I was blown away by the detail of the survey that Gerard Walsh did for us on a property. The service was of the highest order. I can't speak highly enough of Charter House surveyors. On the day of the survey Gerard gave us a curtesy call as soon as he had finished with a detailed overview. Then promised us the written report in a few days. The 49 page review went into detail I was not expecting. I just wish I could give 6 stars as that's the service we got. I would highly recommend Charter House Surveyors to anyone and everyone. Great experience with CharterHouse for my domestic property purchase in Chester. Jake and the team were very helpful with my comprehensive building survey. Kept in touch throughout and produced a detailed a report that was easy to interpret and gave guidance to help target the main issues with the property. Would highly recommend.

Our Building (Structural) Survey was carried out by Jake who kept us informed throughout the process and produced a well written and detailed report in the time stated. Due to the size of the report, I was concerned it may include a lot of generic documentation but that wasn't the case, it was very much specific to the property and gave us confidence in proceeding with our sale. If you are after a similar service, I would recommend Charterhouse and will use again in the future.
