Booked an appointment to go see a unit we were keen about, 2 other people also took time off work. We arrived onsite to no one to show from legat Owens, and then the landlady arrived to ask us what we were doing as the unit has been rented out for the last 3 months. So thank you legat Owens for completely wasting our time and letting us book time off work for a unit which isnt for rent.

Sent an email today to Legat Owen following which Sue Wigfield promptly contacted my by phone. My query was answered fully in a polite and professional manner hence I give the number of stars I feel the company deserves.

Waste of time. We wanted to sell a commercial property. They got the measurements wrong, used old photos before a refurbishment & gave only the briefest of descriptions of the premises. They didn't send us the sale brochure as promised before listing. When we asked to have the listing removed from the websites until they redid the brochure with current photos & a proper description they promised to do it & didn't until we complained again. We were told by Matthew it hadn't been done because they were too busy. Definitely would not recommend them. They have obviously never heard of customer service.
