I have recently used Bolton Birch for renegotiating a contactual five yearly rent review. From the moment I called I was welcomed, spoken to in a professional manner and was able to speak with someone regarding my matter immediately. Mr Jonty Goodchild was able to quickly understand my requirements and establish the next steps that needed to be undertaken. He was clear in the information he required and communicated with me in a clear and timely manner throughout the process. It was clear from the outset that Mr Goodchild was an experienced chartered surveyor with experience in the field. He had a good understanding of the local market, and thus was able to give be measured, sage advice with regards to the likely rental uplift. I would highly recommend Bolton Birch, particularly Mr Goodchild, to anyone who needs a chartered surveyor and have already recommended the firm to my own family!
