        Had a very bad experience here today. We were extremely tired, hungry, and thirsty after a busy day in Chester and we stumbled upon this wonderful looking Turkish hideout in Chester for lunch. We were seated, got comfortable, decided what to order and then waitedwaitedand waited some moreno one came over to us15 minutes, at leastthe waiter who seated us forgotno one came to take our drink order, or food orderwe were ignored, even though it was clear 4 members of staff were on shift. When other customers, who arrived after us, started getting their orders taken before us, we left to find somewhere else. Cant comment on the food & drink, as they clearly did not want our custom. Improvement in serving staff is needed. Wont be returning
